We believe that each of us can use our purchasing power to support our values and our passions. A world with more women in leadership is a better world for all.

Though women hold 80+% of the purchasing power, certain major retailers have no women at all on their boards of directors, despite evidence that companies with more gender diversity perform better.

We focus on emerging women entrepreneurs because:

• there aren't enough of them 
• they tend to be more employee, community and environmentally minded  
• supporting early stage entrepreneurs is critical to their success.
