How It Works

When you buy on Shoptimize, everything you purchase will advance women.We don't just advance women-led businesses, we give 1% of our profits each year to nonprofit organizations that advance and empower women and girls.

You can buy on any site (or in any store), but at Shoptimize, you can buy the change you want to see in the world. Your purchases help push up the percentage of women in leadership.

At the current rate of women advancing to leadership, we will not reach gender parity with men for over 125 years and perhaps as long as 475 years. We don't have that long to wait. If we must shop, letʼs shop to the top!

How does Shoptimize advance women?

We showcase products from women-led growth businesses to push sales towards these companies and away from companies that havenʼt made advancing women a priority. We define ʻwomen-ledʼ as women holding 50% or more of leadership and in select cases, up and coming companies where women hold more than 30% of leadership (clearly noted as such).

We give 1% of our profits each year to nonprofit organizations that advance women and girls.

Why doesn't Shoptimize have products from big, well-known companies?
