We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping is just $4.99 for all orders, with the exception of custom plates and drinkware which have a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
We regret that we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or addresses outside the United States at this time.
At Shoptimize, our founder is a lawyer, so we know all about fine print. We also know that a happy customer is a returning customer and we want you to keep shopping at Shoptimize, moving women to the top as you shop. So, no fine print.
Should you need to return something you received through Shoptimize, send it back to us with your invoice within 21 business days and we will issue you a credit to your the credit card or other payment method used to make the purchase. Don't forget to enclose a copy of the invoice.
If there is nothing wrong with the item you wish to return except it doesn’t go with an outfit, it’s not what you had in mind, or you decided not to give it to Aunt Sally, we are happy to issue you a refund. However, in that case, you will need to pay the shipping charges to send the item back.
HOW TO SEND ITEMS BACK
Contact us to let us know you are returning an item. If you want an exchange, we will reserve an exchange for you if we can. Package the merchandise, enclose your invoice, and be sure to keep a copy for your records. Affix a shipping label to your package, and mark the carton with the word "RETURN." Ship it via the carrier of your choice back to the address on your invoice (don’t worry, we will send this to you as a reminder when we email your authorization number). We recommend that you insure your return in the event the package gets lost in transit. All returns must be sent pre-paid.
SHIPPING OPTIONS: Who has time to go to the Post Office or track down a Fedex Drop Box? You can ship items from home! One option is: US Postal Service, and Fedex and UPS also have options for home or business pickups.
HOW DO WE ISSUE CREDITS FOR UNDAMAGED RETURNS?
Once we receive your original condition return and is accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase, we’ll issue a credit for the full value of the merchandise on the credit card or account originally used to make the purchase. We offer exchanges for gift recipients for merchandise of comparable quality and value, subject to availability.
AND DAMAGED RETURNS?
If you receive something damaged, we’re as unhappy as you are. Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item within 21 business days. We will send you a replacement and give you a credit on your credit card for the shipping fee you had to pay to send the item back to us.
